From here on, “Seller”, or “The Seller”, or “We”, or “us” will be used as our company name and our website name; and you as “Buyer”, in this entire document. We offer the best services and products to you wholeheartedly in accordance with the following Terms and conditions. By accessing and using our website, you are agreeing to all the following Terms and Conditions.


The seller reserves all the right to make changes to this website, related policies and agreement, and this Terms and Conditions at any time. It is our advice for you to check any update on our site on a regular basis.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Currently, Seller will only ship to Buyers with addresses in U.S.A. Normal Handling Time 1-3 days, shipping time is approximately 1 to 14 days from order date if merchandises shipped from U.S. warehouses; Handling Time 1-5 days and 11 days to 35 days if shipped to US addresses, or in some cases 11 days to 65 days from Outside U.S. warehouses.

The shipping charges will be calculated automatically in the shopping cart after you select the shipping address on the checkout page. Once your payment is confirmed and we have the items of your order in stock, the goods that you ordered will be dispatched quickly. An email will be sent to you when your order has been dispatched. Your orders will be sent via USPS, UPS, FEDEX, or any available shipping services to us.

If your order is shipped, the prices will automatically be calculated without taxes and customs duties. Your purchase may or may not have these charges, depending on the policies of the designated country and/or the organization(s) that handle(s) the package. If any of the said charges apply, you may need to pay for them to the respective collection authority in advance of receiving your purchase upon delivery of your order. You should check with any related authority of your country (or the designated country of the order) for any charges required to receive the goods you order from Seller. Seller is not responsible for any of these charges and would not refund on item(s) returned to us due to unaccepted/undelivered and/or any other reasons unless otherwise agreed with Seller in advance.

The customs duties are different for each country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

You will be given an indication of the expected delivery time when you place your order online. The seller will endeavor to meet the estimates, however, we cannot guarantee that such estimates will be met due to many unexpected factors, for example, bad weather and customs clearance. In addition, Seller will not be responsible for any lost or delayed packages caused by the mistakes of the shipping carrier. In the case of packages loss of delayed in transit by the shipping carrier, please contact us immediately, we will attempt to track the package or / and make a claim for you. If your claim is successful, we will then issue a new product to you in a timely manner.
